School Days
These health promotion seminars, aimed at transition year students within the catchment area of the hospital, were developed in conjunction with the Principals and Transition Year Coordinators of the schools. They were designed to support the social and personal health programmes offered by the Department of Education within the schools. Evaluation showed support for the programme by teachers and their students. Ongoing development reflect requests by teachers and national strategy development.
