Laboratory and radiology results

SVUH have set up secure email addresses for GP use via Healthmail in the following areas:

1. Lab Results: LabResultEnquiry@svhg.ie
2. Radiology Results: GPradiologyresults@svhg.ie
3. Emergency Department: ed@svhg.ie

Usage guidelines

• The Lab and Radiology email addresses are for requesting non-urgent results or copies of patient scans only. They should not be used for referrals.
• Results can only be provided to the patient’s registered GP or another GP working within the same practice.
• The Emergency Department email address is for sending additional clinical information relating to a patient who is already on their way to the SVUH Emergency Department from a GP practice.
