The Estates Department at St. Vincent’s University Hospital manages a wide range of services across the hospital campus. We oversee the management of all estate projects, manage the online 24-hour help desk, provide a comprehensive fire management system and look after all utility management.

- Design, installation, commissioning and project management of estates strategy projects
- 24/7 emergency service for all buildings and engineering plant/equipment throughout the campus
- Energy management and compliance reporting to Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI)
- Fire safety management, implementing prevention, detection, suppression, abatement, fire drills and training
- Online helpdesk for all maintenance requests
- Environmental management with compliance monitoring and reporting
- Management of maintenance contracts
- Statutory engineering insurance inspections
- Utility management, natural gas, oil, water, medical gases and electrical
