The National Patient Experience Survey 2017

The National Patient Experience Survey will be taking place from the 1st to the 31st May. All patients in SVUH who are aged 18 or over, have a postal address in Ireland and have spent a minimum of 24 hours in our hospital between the 1st and 31st May this year, may be invited to participate in the survey. Telephone Extensions

The only valid prefix for all extensions in the hospital is 221 e.g. extension 1234 would become 221 1234 when dialing from outside the hospital.
All of the internal 4 digit extensions can be prefixed with 221.
