GP Liaison Service

Our GP liaison team provide the following services to GPs:

• Point of contact for GPs to enquire after patients they have referred to the Emergency Department
• Address GP queries regarding blood results performed in the Emergency Department
• Liaise with GPs to provide information on critically ill patients admitted through Emergency Department
• Follow up with patients who did not wait to be seen or who left against medical advice
• Liaison with Coroner as required

Opening hours

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 07:30–17:30 (excl. Bank Holidays)
