Acute and Chronic effects of CFTR Modulation on CF Pathophysiology.

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of a CFTR Correctors on Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pa) or Staphylococcus aureus (Sa) in the sputum of Cystic Fibrosis (CF) patients with certain genotypes.
